Hi  all,

I'm currently on leave from the NSW DET and doing some casual work with the School of Information studies  at CSU.

Off on a new learning curve again :)

Hi Dianne, your current role sounds challenging but the location should be some compensation for any difficulties. Thanks for sharing your thought with us.

Thanks for reading and responding Margaret. Yes , it has been challenging- I don't think I have worked such long hours in any job except perhaps farming. However it is rewarding to look back at my 27 page proposal and see that I have achieved most of my objectives. Sadly my Elementary Librarian is leaving on Friday and I am not sure if she will be replaced by a trained TL so close to the end of the year.
The surrounding landscape is magnificent and the Thai people so laid back and calm. I can understand why many people would like to retire here.
I won't be starting any action research before I leave- too busy consolidating my changes and looking for a new job/career. I have been reading about Personal learning Networks recently and may follow that further.

Hi Dianne.. are you thinking of a research project you would like to begin..just wonderinhg as at the recent retreat, we broadened the base for CAR-TL and wonder if this gives you more scope to start a project.
